Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY Your garments are made to order so they will take a little longer to have made. Delivery is between 10 to 15 working days depending on the size of the order. Once the order is complete I will notify you with a tracking number for delivery. If you have a function or wedding date please let me know and we will do our best to help you but please do plan your order in advance . RETURNS Your garments are thoroughly checked before dispatch but if you receive damaged or incorrect garments we will gladly refund or replace your item provided that we are notified by email or whatsapp within 10 days of you receiving your parcel. No returns will be refunded if goods have been damaged or worn and must have the original swingtag attached.
We make most items to order or small runs for exclusivity so we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to replace the exact item. We are happy to replace your garment with something similar however .
